1. Shipment methods
What are the shipment expenses?
Shipment expenses will depend on the weight and destination of the order. All products include VAT.
Do we ship to any country?
Yes, our orders are sent to any part of the world as long as they respect the safety measures for the product to arrive in perfect conditions always using appropriate packaging for each type of product.
What is the delivery time of orders?
It will be adjusted to the working schedule from 8h to 20h from Monday to Friday. Orders will be delivered without a fixed time and therefore we recommend that you are alert at the arrival of your order. If you were not in the address specified upon the delivery of the orders, don’t worry because they will leave a note with the attempt of delivery and they will try to deliver it at another different time.
Will the shipment be done safely?
Pichones Bueno relies on the total safety of their shipments which are done by UPS at any part of the world. Shipments will take from 3 to 8 working days, in other cases, for shipments done during the weekend these deadlines may extend up to the following working day. In order to guarantee that your product arrives in the best conditions, all our products are packaged according to the strictest shipment conditions both in National shipments and in International shipments.
2.- Form of payment:
In Pichones Bueno we accept different payment in order to offer a wide range to our clients. The form of payment will be chosen just before confirming your order.
COD
If you don’t want to pay online, one of the most interesting options is cash on delivery. We will send you the order and you will only pay when you receive it at the specified address. This kind of payment implies a 7% fee over the value of your purchase.
Bank transfer
Similar to the previous one, if you do not want to pay online. You will be told the account number to which you should do the payment of your purchase and a series number of the purchase that you will have to specify in the concept of the bank transfer and once we receive your payment, we will proceed to the shipment.

Payment with credit card
It is an option for immediate and safe payment. Details in relation to your credit card will be encrypted using the protocol Secure 3D and they will be immediately transferred to the relevant financial entity, which is the one accepting or rejecting the payment. This way, the information transmitted through the net will enjoy total security and we will not keep any kind of personal data.
Payment with Paypal
This option is equally safe and quick. With the help of a great group such as Paypal your payments will arrive immediately. In order to be able to pay with Paypal will have to register, and if you are not registered you will be able to pay with credit card through Paypal.
3. Returns policy
The client will have a period of seven days since the reception of the order to dissolve the contract and to do any return of the purchased product. The client will inform Pichones Bueno S.L within the established period and by any means admitted by law, its wish to exercise its right to resolve the contract. The order returned will be picked up by Pichones Bueno S.L and will have to be handed together with the delivery slip and if applicable the issued invoice.
If the returned product shows defects, Pichones Bueno S.L , will assume the change or repair costs (except in those cases in which the product purchased on the Website has guarantees of its manufacturer in which case the client will have to continue with the procedure and conditions mentioned by the manufacturer itself).
The client will be able to return any article purchased in the Website of Pichones Bueno S.L as long as the product has not been opened or used and they keep their original seal or packaging. In these cases, Pichones Bueno S.L , will return the money of the purchase by means of the payment of an amount to the credit card of the client or by means of the shipment of a nominative check. If due to an error of Pichones Bueno S.L , a product different to the one requested by the client, were handed, this will be withdrawn and the correct product will be shipped to the client without any additional cost for the purchaser.
